About us
Roca Ridge is an acreage property located in the beautiful prairie south of Lincoln, Nebraska. Once a private home Roca Ridge now shares the seven acres, majestic three-story log home, modern pinewood barn and expansive west facing deck, fire pit, lawns and wildflower gardens with those who enjoy the serenity of nature.
Roca Ridge is a small family business and is woman owned. A native Iowan, Nancy Konrardy moved from Los Angeles back to her roots in the Midwest. Nancy is a two-time Emmy Award winning costume designer and an NAACP Image Award winner for her designs of the historic theatre piece The Colored Museum.
As a Nebraska Teaching Artist, Nancy regularly brings art experiences to the Lancaster County Youth Detention Center and has presented her curriculum at two national symposiums. In Los Angeles Nancy also worked as an educator at the Skirball Jewish Cultural Center and developed their family art studio. Her love of world cultures and the arts can be seen throughout the log home.
Nancy's desire with Roca Ridge was to create a gathering place for people to celebrate, explore and connect amidst beauty. She is supported in this work with her son Aaron Proett and a dedicated, professional and friendly staff.

Weddings
You can have the day of your dreams in one private place. Other perks include choosing any vendor you like, including your caterer, with no extra fees or requirements. You can also customize the space however you like using the included inventory of decor and furniture! We have great recommendations to get you started. After that, we'll make it happen together!
